The expansion unit allows you to expand the storage capacity of your NAS or computer. It features a USB-C 3.2 Gen2 connector, which means data transfer speeds of up to 10 Gbps. Support for MyArchive cold storage technology allows you to access your data by directly inserting the hard drive into a free slot. You can also set up backup schedules with automatic connection and disconnection using the MyArchive utility. The 120 mm internal fan automatically adjusts its speed according to the temperature of the hard drive, maintaining a balance between noise and performance. The device also works well as a DAS. By connecting to a computer, you get access to up to four independent drives that can be used on a Windows, Mac or Linux computer for applications that include data storage, drive cloning, and diagnostics, among others.
