Original Ubiquiti MiniGBIC modules for single-mode fibers are the ideal solution for terminating or creating an optical path. UF-SM-1G-S enables communication at a speed of up to 1 Gbit/s. Ideal for long optical routes up to 3 km. The wavelength for signal reception (Tx) is 1310 nm for the blue module and 1550 nm for the yellow module. The wavelength for transmission (Rx) is 1550 nm for the blue module and 1310 nm for the yellow module.
The module is designed for LC/UPC connectors.
The biggest advantage of optical cable communication is resistance to electromagnetic interference and high-quality high-speed data transmission over long distances. It can be used for every indoor and outdoor modern network.
