Ubiquiti UniFi AP AC Long Range
The UniFi AC Long Range unit (UAP-AC-LR) is a Wi-Fi AP with support for frequency bands 2.4 and 5 GHz and transfer speed up to 1317 Mbps. The advantage is a specially designed antenna for greater signal range in the 5 GHz band. Thanks to the specially designed antenna, it has a greater signal range and can be connected to the AP at a distance of up to 183 m under optimal conditions.
UniFi AC Long Range is a well-designed indoor hotspot solution using the 802.11a/b/g/n/ac standard. It is equipped with a MIMO 3x3 antenna system in the form of three integrated 3 dBi antennas at 2.4 GHz and MIMO 2x2, i.e. two integrated 6 dBi antennas for the 5 GHz band.
UniFi APs are part of the UniFi SDN (Software-Defined Networking) platform, which enables monitoring and control of end devices in the network, all clearly in the UniFi Network Application graphical interface. The UniFi Network Application provides network monitoring, UniFi device management, maps, statistics display and account settings.
The UniFi unit cooperates with the UniFi Controler software, which allows you to manage the created wireless network via a web browser. On the map, you can plan the placement of UniFi units that communicate with each other, and you can define virtual APs with different permissions, including the ability to redirect to an authentication server. Up to 4 SSIDs can be set per AP.
