Charger intended for charging lead-acid batteries (flooded WET - maintenance and maintenance-free, AGM - maintenance-free with soaked electrolyte) for various purposes: car batteries, motorcycle batteries, traction and station (reserve) batteries.

Protection

The device is equipped with electronic protection elements:

Anti-short circuit - if both terminals on the output cables are accidentally connected, the charger will automatically turn off.

Anti-polarity reversal - if the user connects the terminals to the battery incorrectly, i.e. reverses the polarity, the charger will automatically turn off.

Anti-overload - if the charger is operated in demanding conditions, it may become overloaded, in which case it will automatically switch off and stop supplying electricity.

Description of the "PULSE CHARGE" function (pulse maintenance mode)

This is a function, after switching on the maintenance mode system will change, i.e. after the end of the main charging mode (when the value of 10% of the nominal charging current is reached) there will always be a switch to the so-called maintenance mode. Without the PULSE function on, the battery is permanently maintained by a weak current so that there is no drop in voltage, with the PULSE function on, the charger maintains the battery using regular and repetitive pulses.

Description of the "CURRENT LIMIT" function

This is a function which, when switched on, will reduce the charging current by approximately 1/4 at full power of 45 A. The function is suitable for smaller batteries, where the reduced charging current does not cause excessive heating and wear of the accumulators.

Caution! The charger is not designed to charge non-lead batteries.
