The ADATA SSD is based on 3D NAND Flash technology, which provides higher density, efficiency and reliability than traditional 2D NAND. It includes intelligent SLC caching and DRAM buffering to further increase read and write speeds. This amounts to 560 MB/s in the case of reading and 520 MB/s in the case of writing to the disk. The capacity of the SSD disk is 512 GB.
Due to the height of only 7 mm, this disk is suitable for installation in notebooks.
