Tinycontrol GSMKON-040

GSM controller for LAN controller with configuration via web interface

No additional cables, no driver installation and no special software required. The customer simply inserts a SIM card, turns on the device, logs into their account, enters their device ID and adds it to their list of devices. Further settings are made through the configuration page on the <mqtt.ats.pl> server. The web interface uses the MQTT protocol and GPRS data transfer to communicate with the device. In case the SIM card does not use the default Internet access settings, we provide in the installation procedure how to change the device settings using SMS.

Working modes (GSM controller can work in all these modes at the same time):

  • Control by calling from an authorized number (actually turns on the relay and opens the gate, for example).
  • Control and receive information via SMS.
  • Control and receive data via the server using the mqtt protocol.
  • Local automation using conditions set on the device, which can result in, for example, turning on an output depending on the sensor.

Hardware

  • 2 analog inputs: for the range 0-5 V and 0-33 V, for measuring voltage, direct current (additional sensors are needed), temperature sensors, photoresistors - twilight sensor, pressure sensor and many others.
  • Digital input in 1-Wire standard - measurement of up to 8 DS18B20 temperature probes.
  • Digital input in I2C standard - for many different sensors or expansion of outputs.
  • Serial bus (UART 3.3 V).
  • 2 logic inputs - as a status monitor (door opening/closing, PIR sensors, etc.), functions as a manual switch button.
  • 1 relay (NO, C, NC).
  • Measurement of supply voltage and temperature on the board.

Software

  • Configuration via web.
  • Support for SMS commands and notifications.
  • Changing the output status by making a call from an authorized number.
  • Support up to 100 numbers authorized for call function.
  • Support for HTTP (GET) and MQTT communication protocols.
  • Calibration of sensors.
  • Calculation of the difference of the measured values from the inputs.
