Tinycontrol rack distribution module of mains power supply
Controlled power distribution unit for mounting in a standard 19" cabinet. It is equipped with seven independently controlled sockets connected to a 230 V mains voltage. The unit can be managed via the built-in web server or the SNMP protocol or MQTT over the physical interface Ethernet.
The device is equipped with energy consumption monitoring, which monitors the current network voltage, current, active/reactive power and calculates the energy consumed. It has 2 logic inputs for monitoring e.g. door opening status or mains power failure (if UPS is supported). The unit has a separate 10 A automatic circuit breaker for the sockets, with the possibility of remote monitoring and notification in case of disconnection. Other benefits include the Watchdog function, which monitors the set IP addresses and resets the assigned network sockets in the absence of a ping response. There is also an RJ-12 (1Wire/ I2C) interface for optional sensors (e.g. DS18b20).
- Simple and intuitive management through a web page with the option to display data from other optional sensors.
- SNMPv2 and v3 protocol support with reporting.
- MQTT protocol support - the possibility of connecting to a free server for obtaining data and graphs, control and monitoring in a mobile application. TLS encryption support.
- The HTTP protocol makes it possible to send data from sensors or status information to the server and control other devices within the framework of event management.
- The unit allows periodic on, off or delayed on to prevent overload.
- Two buses for monitoring: 1Wire for temperature sensors (up to 8 sensors support) and I2C for humidity and temperature sensors with dew point calculation.
- Two logic inputs for connecting two-state sensors, e.g. a reed switch monitoring door opening or a mains voltage presence sensor.
- Protection of the output sockets using an automatic 10 A fuse, independent of the electronics power supply. In the event of a circuit break, the information is displayed on the screen (it is also possible to set a warning).
- Monitoring of current, voltage, active/reactive power and 6 fields of energy meters for reading at specified times or hours (eg daily reset, separate reading for high and low tariff).
- When managing events, it is possible to use up to 3 conditions with logical functions for automating tasks - e.g. switching outputs depending on temperature, status of logical inputs and sending messages, e.g. about power failure.
- The scheduler makes it possible to switch outputs on and off according to the calendar, periodically at selected intervals, and to reset or read electricity meters at specified times.
- Watchdog function monitors specific IP addresses and resets outputs if they do not respond. Many parameters of the ping command are configurable (eg delay time, recovery time after reset, etc.).
- Email notifications for selected events.
- HTTPS support, time setting according to NTP server, administrator account and multiple users, backup setting and software update via website.
