Ubiquiti AirFiber 5XHD
The AirFiber AF-5XHD is a revolutionary outdoor backbone unit with 1 Gbps+ throughput operating in the 5 GHz band. Ubiquiti's new proprietary LTU chipset can handle over 2 million packets per second. The airFiber LTU IC chipset outperforms competing products with superior performance, higher modulation, frequency range, better reception sensitivity and protection against ambient interference.

AirFiber AF-5XHD, which works with modulation up to 4096QAM (from version fw v1.1.2), achieves throughput of 1.34 Gbps, at the same time has implemented xRT (xtreme Range Technology) technology for connections up to distance 100 km*. The advantage is a dedicated spectrum analyzer and the ability to choose channel width 10/20/30/40/50/60/80/100 MHz, set asymmetric operation downlink/uplink, GPS synchronization or different frequencies for RX and TX.
AirFiber AF-5XHD has 2x RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet ports. The first port is used for data, the second port is intended for Management or as a backup for PoE power supply.
AirFiber has a visual indication of the status of the units to help in targeting the link. LEDs show RJ45 port statuses, data transfer, GPS sync and signal strength. The package includes everything needed for mast mounting and an IP67 insert for even better protection against water, dust and insects.
The package includes a PoE injector 24V/1A.
