Ubiquiti NanoStation LocoM5
NanoStation (LOCOM5) is a scaled-down copy of the popular NanoStation M5 at an incredible price with speeds up to 150 Mbps. Thanks to its small dimensions, it fits practically anywhere. Compared to the Nanostation M5, it differs in size, 1x LAN and an integrated MIMO 2×2 13dBi antenna.
Another advantage is, in addition to the high transmission speed thanks to the 802.11n standard, the use of TDMA time multiplex, which allows more than 300 clients to connect to the unit in AP mode and low latency.
Web administration is very simple and clear. You can set e.g.:
- AP, client or WDS mode
- traffic shaping
- QoS
- transparent bridge or routing between WAN and LAN, without NAT or with NAT
- signal strength, which should correspond to a specific signaling LED
In bridge and WDS mode, the device transparently supports IPv6 transmissions.
The package contains a PoE injector 24V/0.5A
The package includes installation tapes that are exposed to mechanical stress. We recommend replacing the tapes with new ones once every 2 years. This will prevent possible damage to the device.
