The 5-port UniFi Switch (USW-Flex) is a flexible PoE switch with management in outdoor design (IP55). Ideal for powering cameras or other devices that support PoE 802.3af. The switch guarantees high throughput up to 5 Gbps (capacity 10 Gbps), forwarding rate 7.44 Mpps.
UniFi Switch USW-Flex is a powerful fully gigabit PoE switch of the well-known manufacturer Ubiquiti from the UniFi series. It is equipped with 5x Gbit Ethernet ports with PoE output support up to 15 W per port, a total of 46 W if powered by PoE++ (802.3bt) or using a 50V/60W PoE adapter. Switch offers the possibility of installation on a pole or on a wall.
UniFi Switches are part of the UniFi SDN (Software-Defined Networking) platform, which enables monitoring and control of end devices in the network, all clearly in the graphic interface UniFi Network Application. The UniFi Network Application provides network monitoring, UniFi device management, maps, statistics display and account settings.
One of the biggest advantages of this switch is the support for PoE In according to the IEEE 802.3af/at/bt standard on port 1 and PoE Out 802.3af on ports 2-5 for powering other devices. By default, the UniFi Switch auto-detects 802.3af on the connected device so that the device can automatically receive PoE.
