Victron Energy meter EM24
Victron EM24 is a common device for monitoring power and energy parameters in 3-phase applications, such as in a switchboard, or for monitoring the power of a PV inverter, AC generator or inverter/charger. It has ethernet connectivity. Information from it is obtained and displayed on the GX device and on the VRM portal.
- Compact design
- For 3 phases, max. 65 A
- Direct connection via Ethernet
- Built-in LCD display
EM24 can be configured in a GX device (e.g. Cerbo GX) for four different roles
- As a grid meter and as an input control element for an ESS (energy storage system)
- For measuring the power of a PV inverter
- For measuring the power of a generator (AC)
- As an AC meter to measure the output of an inverter or inverter/charger
The meters have a different way of calculating the total energy consumed and supplied
- In the ETXXX series, the physically measured energy consumed and supplied for each phase can be displayed either separately (by phase) or collectively, depending on the settings of the GX device. The energy balances are then displayed accordingly in the VRM portal - either by phase or collectively.
- For the VM-3P75CT, EM24, EM3XX, EM5XX series, the physically consumed and supplied energy of each phase works separately (by phase) or alternatively in total according to the settings in the GX device. However, on the VRM portal in the energy balances it is displayed only in total, whether the measurement by phase or total is specified in the GX settings
