Mains converter with integrated limiter to prevent overflows into the public network. The inverter thanks to the integrated MPPT controller will convert the maximum energy produced by the photovoltaic panels to 3x AC 230/400 V.
Mains inverter with limiter is an affordable solution for photovoltaic plants that does not need batteries. In addition, it can limit its own performance according to current consumption, and thus completely prevent overflows into the public network. In addition to the classic terminals for connecting solar panels and an output for connecting to the network, the inverter also has the option of connecting a modbus electricity meter SDM630MCT, which can limit the power in case of a longer distance between the home distribution board and the inverter.
The converter works within the input voltage range according to the specific model (info in the datasheet - documents below). The output from the inverter is voltage 3x AC 230/400 V, which is connected between the main circuit breaker with the electricity meter and the circuit breakers of the individual circuits. The inverter therefore transfers the power from the panels to the home distribution system. Your appliances will then take the energy produced primarily from your power plant. If the output of your power plant is insufficient at a given moment, the connected public grid will cover the shortfall. By installing an optional electricity meter, you protect your system against unwanted overflows, in case your power plant is able to produce more energy than your appliances require.
The inverter does not work in island mode, i.e. that it requires a connection from the public distribution network for its function. As soon as there is a mains failure, the inverter switches off immediately. The inverters are certified for sale and use in the EU. They meet the criteria of EMC, LVD and RoHS certification. The converters comply with the EN50549-1 standard for the possibility of connecting to the distribution network or drawing subsidies.
