Bistable Relay (contactor) is a powerful electrically controlled switch that works in two rest positions. Max. the switching current is 100ADC (120A 250VAC). The control coils are designed for a switching voltage of 12V DC. The relay is intended for alternating and direct voltage with controlled current of max. 100A DC (120A 250VAC).

Thanks to the two coils, it is not necessary for the coil to be permanently energized. Both coils are connected to three pins with a common ground. One coil is intended for closing the circuit and the other for disconnecting. So the switching takes place only in the form of a pulse with a minimum length of 100 ms. Two pulse sources are required for control. One to connect and the other to disconnect. The power supply for the control coils is 12V DC. Contains one power working contact in two rest positions.

The maximum direct current load capacity for individual voltages is:

• 12V - max 120A DC (100A is recommended for continuous use)
• 24V - max 120A DC (80A is recommended for continuous use)
• 48V - max 60A DC (For continuous use, 40A is recommended)
