Switches for industrial Ethernet are designed for demanding operating conditions with a large range of working temperatures, uncertain power supply and frequent shocks. The switches of the ISW series are easily installed on a standard DIN rail or directly on the wall and enable the deployment of the well-known Ethernet technology even in an industrial environment. They are also suitable for installation in outdoor cabinets with large fluctuations in operating temperatures (typically wireless and MAN ISP applications). As a PoE switch, it allows up to 4 end devices to be directly powered according to the IEEE 802.3af/at standard, making it an ideal element for applications with a reduced power supply for end devices!
Switch has a manual mode switch
- Standard - switch powers the device at a distance of max. 100 m.
- VLAN - ports are logically separated from each other, in this mode unwanted multicast and broadcast storms can be avoided.
- Extend - switch powers the device up to 250 m with a reduced throughput of 10 Mb/s per port (power supply support up to 25 W)
