Tinycontrol LANKON-063
PIR sensor type HC-SR501 enables motion detection based on infrared radiation. The sensor detects the change according to two separate IR windows and the amplifier converts the signal pulse to a logic level - active state.
The signal is then easily used to drive a transistor or logic input processor. When used with a LAN controller, the output of the detector must be connected to the logic input INP1-4D.
There are 2 potentiometers on the board labeled Sx and Tx. Tx - sets the sensitivity of the detector Sx - sets the delay - for how long the sensor will test the repetition of the signal before sending the High signal
Both values have an influence behind the resulting alarm signal. The sensor works in the so-called retrigger mode, i.e. in case of motion detection, the active state (High) is always maintained at the output.
Power: 5-24
Consumption: max 50uA
Working range: up to 7 m
Viewing angle: 360° x 100°
Signaling
- High - motion detection
- Low - without repetition of possible movement
Dimensions: 32 x 27 x 25 mm
Connect the VCC sensor output to the VCC pin of the LAN controller. Connect the GND output to the GND input on the LAN controller and connect the DO output to the free digital input INP1-4D on the LAN controller.
