Tinycontrol LAN driver v3.8 (LANKON-008)
A LAN controller with a relay is a simple, universal and affordable device for controlling outputs based on information from various sensors. It serves as a web server that displays various types of sensors and allows remote control of outputs. In addition, it is possible to program events and appropriate actions to meet conditions on any of the sensors. A scheduler that allows the device to be turned on/off at a certain time or for a certain period of time can be suitable for many applications. There is also a PWM output for lighting or electric motor control.
New HW version 3.8 - Active PoE power supply (802.3af), color-coded connectors, protection against supply voltage above 57 V, built-in RTS (battery), DHCP client running in default FW (no need to change IP)
HW version 3.7 - Improved manufacturing process for more stability and better functionality
Main changes compared to version V2
- New analog inputs, e.g. for measuring current using a current transformer
- UART interface for connecting external modules (ZigBee, Wi-Fi, Z-wave, LoRaWAN, SigFox, etc.)
- Combining the state of multiple inputs to output response
- Modern configuration environment with two login levels (administrator and user)
- Option to set in Czech
Usage examples
- Automatic heating control when the temperature drops or rises outside the set limit.
- Turn on/off lights or other devices
- Complete monitoring/control of the solar power plant - battery voltage, voltage and current from PV panels, power and production from the inverter, switching of appliances depending on the intensity of the solar panels, etc.
- Irrigation control/flood detection
- Security based on PIR sensor or door/window opening detection
- Remote monitoring of EPsolar solar controllers connected via modbus LAN controller bus (from firmware version v1.24). The regulator can be connected via the Tinycontrol AKCELE-599 converter.
Basic features
- 2 analog inputs with switchable gain - Measurement of voltage from 1 mV to 33 V, direct current, alternating current (additional sensors), thermocouples, distance sensors, photoresistors for lighting measurements and many others. (12-bit converter)
- 2 analog inputs up to 3.3 V - for measuring DC voltage and current (intended for sensors)
- 1Wire and I2C input - 4x DS18B20 temperature sensors and 3x I2C sensor, e.g. AM2320
- 4 logical inputs
- 1 relay (NC, NO, C)
- 1 transistor output, provides supply voltage at the output, to control devices with a current draw of up to 1A
- 4 transistor (OC) outputs for switching relays
- 4 PWM outputs (50 Hz to 100 kHz)
- UART interface for communication with external devices via serial port
- Software support for air quality sensors (PM) SDS011 and Duralux converters on UART interface
- Cooperation with communication modules, such as LoRa, GSM
- Measurement of temperature and supply voltage on the board
- Modern and convenient web interface, java-script support
- Ability to upload your own website
- Option to configure your own panel, upload your own settings background and display necessary data or buttons
- Login as an administrator - configuration or as a user - view statuses
- Logical AND, OR, NAND, NOR, XOR operations with inputs and events
- SNMP, HTTP GET/POST, MQTT
- Output remote control device
- Wireless control devices with Tasmota firmware

HW version 3.8 - Active PoE power supply (802.3af), color-coded connectors, protection against supply voltage above 57 V, built-in RTS (battery), DHCP client running in default FW (no need to change IP).
From hardware version 3.7, the MODBUS RS485 interface is divided into additional connectors, so that UART and MODBUS sensors (e.g. SDM72 and SDM120M power meters) can be used.
In the new firmware (v1.24) for the LAN controller, a function is added for remote monitoring of EPsolar solar controllers connected via the modbus bus of the LAN controller.
In the attached documents/files, you will also find the test beta version of the firmware for connecting inverters with a limiter, which can be found under the codes SOPGWL0040, SOPGWL0030 and SOPGWL0042.
The LAN controller is supplied with an installation box on a DIN rail without a power supply
